Who we are
CONSTRUCTORS was set up in 2007 as an Italian enterprise with an Anglo-Saxon style approach and operating structure.
Over the years we have built up a unique body of experience by working for major multinationals on many of the most prestigious projects undertaken in Italy.
In the last 5 years, CONSTRUCTORS has started to expand internationally and opened offices in France, Germany and Malta.
Our successes in other countries have widened our experience and strengthened our capacity to operate in different cultures and under different legal and regulatory systems.
CONSTRUCTORS now has unique standing among Italian multinational construction operators.
People
Chairman
An architecture graduate, Roberto has over 30 years’ experience in construction and architectural finishes, first as an entrepreneur (Universal Selecta founding partner, for example), and then as an executive and director at Permasteelisa Int. Roberto is also chairman of Aspesi Industria (since 2017).
CEO
An engineering graduate and IPMA certified project manager, Paolo has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Before founding Constructors in 2007, he headed the construction division of Gruppo Sassoli, having previously been operations manager of the Italian branch of StructureTone, a leading US construction management firm.
Technical Director
An engineering graduate, Annibale began his career in the construction industry in 1995, first with a number of major Italian engineering firms and then as technical manager of an important construction company. With his professional track record, he works actively with clients and designers to identify operating and management solutions that guarantee project expectations are met.
Business Development Director
With a degree in engineering and a Master’s in business administration (MBA), Fabrizio has over 20 years’ experience in project & construction management, asset management and business development. He has worked at major real estate firms like StuctureTone, Jones Lang LaSalle and IMMIT S.p.A.
Country Manager France
Marina is an architect practising in both Italy and France and has always been our expert on complex projects for international clients. Thanks to her experience, she is able to work in close contact with clients’ designers to identify operating and management solutions that deliver on and go beyond expectations.
Operation Manager Germany
An economics graduate, Matteo has 20 years’ experience in construction and business development. He has lived in Canada, Australia, Spain, Netherlands, Germany and South America. He has worked at major corporations like Citybank and General Electric. He is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch.

Ciccocintrillo, the non-profit organization that Constructors supports in all its building projects for the disabled and underprivileged.

At Constructors we decided to certify our systems to the latest international legislation and standards to demonstrate our pursuit of concrete excellence and continuous improvement objectives.
Our certifications are based on audits of the following management systems: quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001) and health and safety (ISO 18001).
